Tablet To Have Regular Periods

m ashwini m still 21 year old m suffering from irregular periods, last month 22nd I had periods only for 3 days thick blood low bleeding ,and again I will have my period after 3 months but I really don't know why does it takes me two months gap to have periods I use to take tablet to have my cycle so please suggest me any tablet to have my regular periods which is doesnot cause side affect
