what is a tablet beige round with imprint 277 on it i found one in my babys mouth i got it out luckily

Does the tablet have letters IG on the other side? You can see a picture here.

If this is the pill which you have, then it is Hydroxyzine 50 mg, manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.
