I have a pill, small, pink, oval, with E on one side and 4 on the other. Found in kids room and need it identified.

DEFINITELY NOT SOMETHING A KID SHOULD HAVE UNLESS IT HAS LEGITIMATELY BEEN PRESCRIBED!!

This is HYDROMORPHONE 4mgs, a generic for Dilaudid.

THIS IS A NARCOTIC PAIN MEDICATION!!!!!!
