Tablet Ovacare Is Good For Prolonged Menses

I have prolonged periods and my doctor prescribed ovacare,I have beign having my periods since last week thursday.please help will ovacare work?

The FDA classifies Ovacare as nutritional supplement, which is normally used to help women make sure they get all the nutrients needed to improve their fertility. Thus, I doubt that it will help much with this issue. Its typical side effect is only known to be nausea, in some people that take it.

How long do your periods usually last? Has it been heavier or lighter than usual? Are you on any other medications?
