I am trying to find a tablet which will improve my athletic performance and help my stamina when running longer distances.

In my athletic experience, I've learned that some important things to take into consideration when one is wanting to increase performance, is to reevaluate your exercise/warm up routine, sleep habits, as well as your diet, and mindset going into the run. Acknowledging and working diligently on any areas where improvements can be made, may be the difference between making or breaking a personal plateau.

I really don't think a pill is the answer for increasing stamina long term, but certain substances (such as caffeine) might help give you that initial jump start?
