Tablet Cilacar 10

Cilacar tab-10mg-after taking one tab my bp came down by107/67 I have mild hypertension only but Dr prescribed can I take half tab,but I have to split,no 5mg tab is available in market,what to do Dr,I used to take regularly stamlo-5mg-twice/day without any problem except ankle swelling,due to this reason I have shifted to cilacar,no other tab for bp is suited for me,I am aged 71 yes,without any other problems please solve my problem.thank you

what is the maximum dosage of Cilicar tab. per day. My BP is reading 185/91. Two tablets I am using daily, one in the morning & another in the evening. Please advise.
