Tab Best Beta 25mg

I have been taking it in the night at bed time daily.
Kindly if it has any adverse side effects, if it is used in the long run for 6 months or 12 months.

I actually haven't come across any medications by the name of "best beta" 25mg. Could you possibly be referring to a "beta blocker" (anti-hypertensive medicine)?

Also, if you happen to have the bottle in front of you, could you try to post any other specific details such as a potential brand name and/or manufacturer to make our search efforts a little easier? To my knowledge, most prescription medications do carry the risk of side effects. However, if it's something natural we'd need to know more about what it contains in order to draw that conclusion.
