Found a small yellow pill with sz on one side and 100 on the other, what is it?

Is it possibly SZ 106?

If so, then this tablet contains 10mgs of Cetirizine, a generic for Zyrtec and used to treat allergies.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
