Systane Eye Drops

I came across these drops as follows - Ultra and Balance. Are they different or similar ? Which one you recommend ?

I was using the "Tears Naturale" for my dry eyes, but my eye specialist advised to switch to Systane drops, which are coming in 2 Options - "Balance" and "Ultra".
I am looking for experience about these drops.
