I found a blue oval tablet marked syntex on one side and 274 on the other. Can't seem to find a straight answer what it is for.

Allscripts lists that they manufactured a tablet matching this description, which they list as containing 275mgs of Naproxen, it is a generic for Aleve that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including increased risk of bleeding, stomach irritation, headache, and nausea.
