Synasma contains Doxofylline, and it is used to treat Asthma.

Deriphyllin contains the active ingredient Theopylline, it is also used to treat Asthma.
This is the only one of the two, in which the main ingredient is also currently approved for use in the US.
As to which is better, I cannot say. Medications work different for different people.
