Symptom & Drugs Of Viral Fever

Iam having headache,body pain,severe cold,cough,breathing difficulty,throat pain & intermittend fever .Is these are symbtoms of viral fever? What antibiotics can i use? I was told to take azithromicin 500.which drug should i take?
