i was prescribed sydol for pain relief. Pharmist gave me tramadol and I have had a bad reaction, very painful legs and arms and sore chest. I stopped immediately.

I'm glad you stopped taking it. It is not the same as the medication you were prescribed.

Why did he give you Tramadol instead?

The U.S. FDA classifies it as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Have you informed your doctor of what happened? Have you tried obtaining the correct medication?
