Hello, Graham! How are you doing? Has there been any change?
It seems that you may be having an allergic reaction to something, and if that is the case, you need to cease exposure to that substance, because as reported by the NIH, such reactions tend to get worse with repeated exposure.
It might be due to the medication, or it could be due to something else, has anything else changed recently? Are you drinking a different brand of coffee?
It would be best to have this checked out by your doctor for your safety.
