Do you sallow after swishing?

I don't know exactly what's in this, because most of them are regional products and the ingredients are specific to the doctors and pharmacists of that area, however, no, they aren't usually swallowed. They are just swished in the mouth as directed and then spit out.

Are there any other comments or questions?
