Swab Test And Opiates

I was taking vicodin for a few weeks, and slowly tapered myself off it and had taken some the day before my job interview where I had no idea they would mouth swab me! I was already in full blown withdrawals when I took the test! Will I be okay? I DO have a doctors note and bottle just in case. But I'm wondering if it will even show up positive for opiates?!
