Sutent contains the active ingredient Sunitinib and its common side effects may include: fatigue, diarrhea, anorexia and a yellowish skin discoloration.

However, as to using it while undergoing radiation treatments, I can only advise you to consult your doctor. I am not very familiar with cancer treatment protocols.
