Susten Injection Side Effect

I have 15 weeks pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy. Till now 4 times I have faced spotting problem. Every time my doctor suggested me to take system injection for5 continuous days. Since within this 4 months very frequently I am taking this injection, worried about it's future side effect. Please help me.
