Susten After Missed Periods

I had an irregular period problem, but after taking the proper medicine, my periods are regular now for the past 2 months. My last period was 21st september, but till now i didnt have my periods. I checked my hcg on the 23rd of this month (i.e.) yesterday. On "T" side ,line has come, but not in red colour. What does it mean? Am i pregnant? And also am having dry cough for three days.
