Suspected Chest Infection
UpdatedI ache all over, am sensitive to sound and touch, am dizzy, have a cough that sometimes makes me gag. I am a little nauseated but they may be because I have not eaten today. My temperature is up and down. I have COPD and my doctor is away for another week!

If it is an infection, you will most likely require an antibiotic. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
Are you on any other medications? Is there a different doctor you can consult? Have you experienced any change in symptoms?
