From what I've found, Supradyn is just a multivitamin nutritional supplement that contains a complex of nutrients vital to your overall health.

There are generally considered safe to take, as long as your doctor approves and there is no set time frame that you need to take them or stop taking them, again unless your doctor specifies otherwise.

They are fairly potent, so they may cause some nausea and should be taken in the morning to avoid having problems sleeping.

Is there anything else I can help with?
