Supradyn Multivitamin Routine

I am vegetarian and 25 year old man. I am not on good diet, I live away from home, I eat mostly protein/fat things, i eat almost no vegetables. so I am looking for good multivitamins tablets. can I take supradyn if I don't have a prescription? is it safe ? can i continue for whole year?
