SIDE EFFECTS OF SUPRADOL 30 MG TABS

Due to degeneration of bones, I am suffering from swelling and pain on my right foot ankle and the attending Doctor prescribed Supradol 10mg twice a day for 10 days.
I am 60 yrs old and after using this drug for a day, I noticed vomiting sensation, stomach pain. So, can I continue or stop using this medicine.
