When I'm in the sun for least than 30 minutes to an hour, I tends to get rashes on my neck, arms, & back if exposed. I've been to demotologist tests came back negative for Lupus,etc. But I do have allergies to certain trees, & grasses.

Is it possible that you are experiencing a reaction to the sun itself, such as sun poisoning?
Have you ever had a severe sunburn in the past? The FDA does warn that such an issue could cause bad reactions in the future.
Do you use sun block? It might be in your best interest to pick up a really good sun block and use it, in the future, to prevent such issues.
Are you on any medications? Do you have any diagnosed medical conditions?
