Sumatriptan And My Pain Contract

Im on pain management contract do i need to put down sumatriptan on paper because it will show up possitive for anything other than what my morphine shows up as on my u.a? Or do i even have to list it because it has nothing to do with my leg and reason im on contract?

To always be on the safe side, list ALL medications you have taken, including over the counter meds like pseudafed, etc. if you don't and it shows up, the doc will think you are trying to hide something. Usually they have you list anything taken in the last 24 hours.
