If it's not clearly stated on the packaging, I would suggest contacting the manufacturer directly just to be on the safe side. From what I've gathered on my own research, it appears to be a product of Mexico. However, I've yet to come across any specific dosing instructions for proper application.
I know with some powders they make you use your own best judgement like you would with baby powder (i.e. just enough to cover a specific region where it's needed). But ultimately, with no instructions it's really anyone's call. I just don't understand how they could expect people to use their products without any disclosure. Did you order it online?
