This antibiotic can sometimes cause more frequent urination, so you might be getting dehydrated. How much fluid do you take in each day? Have you discussed the issue with your doctor?
Have you experienced any other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash or diarrhea?
