I am allergic to sulfa antibiotics and was wondering something. I've noticed when I take magnesium sulfate/epsom salt bath that I can hardly function for two or three days from the pain. I won't take them anymore, but is there a correlation?

They are not the same substance, but it is a known fact that when you are allergic to one substance, you will eventually find more that you are also allergic to, it is just the nature of the beast.
However, allergies don't normally cause pain, they usually involved problems breathing, throat swelling, soft tissue swelling, itchy skin rashes, and etc.
What type of pain are you experiencing? Is it skin sensitivity, muscle pain, or something else?
