If you haven't missed any active pills, then pregnancy is not very likely, but if you're concerned, then you should have yourself checked to be sure.
Some women stop getting periods, while taking oral contraceptives, or occasionally skip and it's generally nothing to worry about.
As to the period tracker, it seems like it's not factored in that you're taking this oral contraceptive, because once you're on them, your regular old cycle gets tossed out the window and your body is forced into the cycle created by the OCs, which means your period should always be expected when taking the placebo/sugar pills.
