What types of foods are in your usual diet?

That's usually the first place you should look. There may be something that you are ingesting regularly that doesn't agree with your body and could be causing the problem.

Lactose intolerant people frequently suffer from these types of problems, when they eat or drink any type of dairy products, such as milk, yogurt or cheese.

Something that may help you figure out the problem is keeping a daily food diary, where for each meal you right down everything you eat or drink, you'll also want to make sure you do it for snacks.

Then keep track of when the diarrhea strikes and write that down, as well, including how soon it happens, after you eat or drink something.

After a week or two, you may be able to see a pattern emerging that will let you know what foods you need to stay away from.
