Sudden Loss Of Apetite

hi. my lo is turning 5mos nxt week. his pedia gave him heraclene cos he's underweight. i gave it to him after his diarrhea as wat his pedia instructed. wev been using this for 11days but he suddenly loss his appetite. even worse dan b4 i gave him heraclene. he has light fever for 3days now. some said dat he is teething, but i am wondering, is it posible for an infant to loss his appetite while taking heraclene?
