Sucking On Fenynal Withdrawal

I take 150 mcg patches every day, but i suck on them. I'm on my fourth day cold turkey. the withdrawals suck. any advice?

Sorry to hear about your challenges coming off Fentanyl.

I actually just came across a couple discussion threads here that may have some insightful information for you, in regards to withdrawals. Ultimately, no one should ever cold turkey this type of medication. But in event that you have no other choice, I think one of the best things you can do is research and see what others are doing who may have overcome a similar situation:
