Subuteck While Pragnant

I want to know if my girl friend can be charged for taking teck while pragnant she has came down 2 a quarter a day and bye the time baby gets here down 2 quarter every other day could the baby still withdraw and i been hearing about tn new law against mothers taking while pragnant even if thy r given by dr anyone knows anything
