Substitute Medicine Of Omnacortil

My child 2.5 years of age is suffering from nephrotic syndrome a kind of kidney disease and doctor prescribed omnacortil but my child refuses to take this medicine as it is very sour and even after trying forcefully she doesnt take it and now doctor saying if she doesnt take this medicine her life will be risky. I want some substitute for this medicine and some water soluble medicine if any. Plz help i am very very nervous.

Hi. Omnacortil syrup is also available. That is better compared to tablet.
