You may be able to raise the dosage to see if it helps, if your doctor approves. This medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
But what type of doctor are you consulting? If you've not seen a dermatologist, that would be the best thing to do in order to get to the root of the problem.
Are you on any other medications? Have you tried changing the soaps you use?
There are many possible causes, so you need to look at everything to determine what might be causing the issue.
