Hello, Deborah! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're experienced.
This is really just a very potent multivitamin. Thus, your doctor may be able to prescribe a cheaper one for you that will have the same effects, if you ask them to do so.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea and constipation.
