I need to know witch pill is the strongest Norco 5-325 or oxycodone 5mg my husband had a double knee replacement and is in a lot of pain....

The Oxycodone is stronger than the Hydrocodone, but in this case, since the Norco also has Acetaminophen in it, they are probably both about equal.
