Have you consulted your doctor?
Those do sound like some pretty bad side effects and that's not a long period of time to be taking, but if you are taking it to treat irregular heartbeat, then you do need to do something to keep that under control, so I wouldn't suggest any chances, until you speak with your doctor.
In addition, most side effects will start to taper off, as your body adjusts to the medication, which can take a period of 4 to 6 weeks.

Your doctor may also be able to recommend something else that you can use, in the meantime, to lessen their severity.
