I have been on norco 10 for about 10 months. The first 2 to 3 months I was taking 2 to 4 a day. The last 6 or 7 months I have been taking 1 and on a very rare occasion I have 2. I stopped 2 days ago and the nights are horrible. Can't sleep, have very bad RLS and my stomach hurts! Shoul I start taking again and tapper down?

According to the FDA, the symptoms you've described are all normal withdrawal effects. However, since you were down to taking so few for the last few months, they likely won't get much worse and shouldn't last more than a week or 2. You may also experience chills, nausea, drowsiness and diarrhea.
