Hi I suffer from severe mucsle pain mainly my legs . i am taking high blood preassure pills containg --- Olmesatan- Medoxomil -- Hidroclorothiazide. Is this the cause of my pain , is the medication too strong , i am 81 and my blood preassure is usually 114 over 76 is that not too low for my age , i am fit for my age . I like some help the pain is terrible, when it happens.

That can be a side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration. You should consult your doctor as you may need to switch medications.
Additionally, if you're becoming dehydrated, that could also cause muscle aches and pains. How much fluid do you take in each day?
It isn't that it's too strong, all medications carry the risk of causing side effects and 114/76 isn't too low, unless you're experiencing dangerous symptoms, such as severe dizziness and drowsiness.
