what can i take if i have loose stool and am throwing up i beleibe its a virus but what can i take.

How are you feeling? have things improved any?

If you have vomiting and diarrhea, it may be difficult to try to take anything, because it could upset your stomach even further. In such cases, if it is due to a virus, it can be better to just increase your fluid intake and let it runs its course.
