Stolen Prescription - Very Disappointed

My prescription was stolen and I want to know how do I find out if it was filled and where it was filled out at?

I would think that no one else should be able to fill your prescription papers without your driver's license / ID and signature; especially if it's a controlled substance? However it would probably be a good idea to call your prescribing doctor immediately if you haven't done so already. This way he/she can void their consent to have it filled. The doctor may also be able to find out where they attempted to fill it at. So there may not be anything else you can do at this point other than working with your doctor... but if you discover any additional clues I'd consider filing a police report. Surely this has to be the work of someone who may be close to you, enough to know that you had an important prescription to fill?
