Still Problems

I went to the clinic and was told I have an sti I was given fixime ,docytet and meteonidazole but this medication is not working I have been suffering from this problem for over a year now and have been taking the medication...what is the problem ?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of these antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, diarrhea and stomach pain.
