A week back my wife was stented and the tollowing medicines :EFFIENT 5MG, AMLODIPINE5MG, ATORVASTATIN10MG, ASPIRIN81MG, METOPROLOL50MG, VAL SARTAN80MG, METFORMIN500MGX2 GLIPIZIDEHALF TAB X2. DAILY,
VALSARTAN80, IS NOT AVAILABLE, CAN I use valent 80? Further she is gettingskin irritation, is it the effect of these medicines? How serious is this? Bolla.

Yes, Valent is the same medication. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.

What type of skin irritation is she getting? Yes, it could be from one or more of these medications. Whether or not it is serious depends on the type of reaction. Can you please post back with more details on it?
