Take pills 3 hours before appointment. With 36 - 40 oz of Water within 10 minutes. Urinate at least 3 times. When at the lab, let the beginning of the urine stream in toilet, then in cup, and the last part of steam in the toilet, because the drug where it most lies at is at the beginning and end of the urine stream. So try to only capture the middle of the stream. The pills allows to mask the drug for a 4-5 hour window. This 4-5 hours becomes effective exactly an hour of consuming the pills. Good luck. It worked for me twice.
