Sprintec Missed Pills

I took a full month and after my last pill of the month I missed 3 days because the pharmacy was out of pills.. Then I started my New pack took a pill the first day and second day after taking the pill the second day they night I had intercourse could I be pregnant??

Yes, there could be a chance that you are pregnant, not a very high one, but the possibility is definitely there, so you may want to check.

In the future, it would be best to pick up a new supply a few days, before you'd run out and, if your pharmacy doesn't have it in stock, then you should try a different pharmacy. Transferring a prescription is a simple matter.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, spotting and PMS-like symptoms.
