I've started Sprintec in August and stopped taking it the beginning of January because I never got my refill. So i have been off of it for about 1 month and I haven't gotten my period. I started Sprintec to regulate my period. Can I start back anytime? And if I do start any time,will I get my period?

You can start back any time, as long as your doctor approves. If you aren't on your period, it will take 7 days of taking it, before it will protect against pregnancy. You should get your period, when you take the last pills in the packet.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, breakthrough bleeding, headache and weight changes.
