UpdatedMy depo shot just ended . I got it o December 8th, 3 months would make March 8th. If I were to be pregnant and didn't know and started taking Sprintec, what would happen to the baby?

Hello, Candace! How are you?
It would be best to check for pregnancy, before starting the oral contraceptive, if you have reason to suspect that you might be pregnant.
However, oral contraceptives will not end an existing pregnancy, if you start them and are pregnant.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS-like symptoms.
Is there anything else I can help with?
