So I have been on sprintic for a year I stoped taking them to have another baby after I had him I started taking it again well its been a full year 6 hours after I take the last blue pill when I was in the bathroom a white clump of stringy stuff come out and I noticed some light bleeding what could this be?

It is very hard to fathom a guess from just the limited information in your post.
However, both breakthrough bleeding and discharge can be normal when you're taking hormonal contraceptives and when you aren't taking them.
Have you consulted your doctor? That would be the best thing to do, so they can help you determine if there is a problem.
