Spotting On Lo Loestrin Fe

So I started my first pack of lo loestrin fe on the 3rd and on the 16th I started spotting and It still hasnt stopped (todays the 25th) me and my boyfriend do not use condoms just the bc so should I be worried? I started spotting the day I was supposed to start my period.

DId you start them on the first day of your period?

If not, then you weren't immediately protected from pregnancy. If you start them at any other point in your cycle, you have to take them for 7 days, before they are fully effective.

You're only immediately protected if you start taking them on the first day of your period.

Have you consulted your doctor?

Spotting can be normal, while your body is adjusting to the hormones, but it's best to get yourself checked out, just in case.
